Lakeside Lodge & Dorm
Kim Cabin
The Dormitory Building features bunk style sleeping (2 separate rooms) plus 4 restrooms with showers. The Lodge Building features a large meeting room; a comfortable lounge with couches; a fully-equipped kitchen; a small basement meeting space for 10-15 people, and two half-bathrooms. A large outdoor wraparound deck with plenty of room for meetings, craft activities, and picnicking, faces west- for the best view of sunsets reflecting on the lake. Meeting capacity: 60 people; Sleeping Capacity: 24 people.
Built in honor of Rev. M. J. Kim, Ashland District Superintendent, 1990-1997, to serve the Summer Camp Minister-in-Resident program. The cabin is located on Hogan Hill, nestled in the woods, providing privacy while being in the center of camp. This three bedroom, two bath, with kitchen and a "Great Room" (18'x28'), sleeps 12 and offers A/C and heat. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes. Available September-May. Meeting capacity: 20 people; Sleeping capacity: 12 people.
Hogan Hill
Springwood Cabin
12 cabins (which we call 'Hogans') that feature dormitory style sleeping facilities with a centralized bathhouse, and is located in the center of camp under the canopy of a hardwood forest. The Hogans sleep 16 people per Hogan. This area has been developed for our summer resident camping program and is available from September-May for other groups. All cabins have central A/C, heat, and electricity. Cooking is done outside over a campfire or on your own camp stove. Food service is available for groups of 20 or more at the Wade Dining Hall.
Springwood is a two bedroom apartment located adjacent to the dining hall and camp store. With a large living room, fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms (one queen sized bed and one guest bedroom with 2 twin beds), and a full bathroom, this space is perfect for a small family or group to rent. Available September- May. Meeting capacity: 15 people; Sleeping capacity: 4 people.

Wade Dining Hall
Homestead Lodge
Wade dining hall, located in the center of Westview is available for meetings and food service year-round. For meals, the dining hall seats 250 people at round tables and we offer both family style and buffet style meals. This building offers air conditioning and heat. There are two large rooms (20'x80' and 26'x52') which can be used for serving meals or for meetings and activities. This space can be transformed into a meeting space complete with A/V services.
Homestead Lodge is located on a knoll overlooking the James River basin. This 2,000 sq.ft., building features bunk style housing for 22, kitchen, two bathrooms and common space with seating. The wraparound deck is large enough for picnicking or an outdoor meeting. Nearby is the Homestead camp fire circle for cookouts or an enjoyable evening camp fire. Meeting capacity: 35 people; Sleeping Capacity: 22 people.
RV and Primitive Camping Options
Westview also offers three camping options for groups.
River Field is a large camping area alongside Westview's private access point to the James River. River Field guests also have access to the large River shelter.
Lake Field sits just above Lake Edwards inside of the main camp area. This field is available to camp at and great for groups wishing to book waterfront activities.
RV Campgrounds - Located just inside of Westview's main gates, our wooded campground offers tent camping as well as RV hookups. This camping area also features an outdoor bathhouse for guests.
Activity Shelters
The River Shelter and Hogan Hill Shelter can provide cover from sun, rain, or other weather so you can enjoy food, fellowship, and outdoor fun all year round. The River Shelter has a capacity of 450 people and the Hogan Hill Shelter has a capacity of 350 people.
