Care and Connect Scholarship Application

The Care and Connect program offers partial financial assistance for a week of summer camp. The program is funded by donations.  The amount of assistance we can provide each applicant depends on the number of donations we receive.  If you are interested in applying, complete and submit the scholarship application.  The deadline to apply for a scholarship is May 1, 2022.   You must submit a reference letter from a pastor, youth or children's leader, teacher, principal or social worker along with the application.  Once all applications are in they will be reviewed and you will be notified as to how much assistance we can offer.  Click on the link below to download and submit your application.  Please feel free to contact the office at (804) 457-4210 with any questions or if you need assistance.
