Philosophy

The Philosophy of our summer camp program is to give children and youth a setting in which they are encouraged to put in practice some of the things they have talked about at home, Sunday School class and school; respect for others, tolerance, the meaning of forgiveness, love, service to others and the value of honesty. Camp at Westview is about fun and being the best person you can be.

We strive to provide a staff that models these values and is willing to share their faith, not only through words, but by the way they live each day. 

Westview's Mission is to offer "a place apart" for Christian hospitality and learning that helps people of all ages affirm and grow in their faith as they experience the wonder of God's creation.
