Camp times at Westview this past Summer were awesome. Awesome (o'sem) adj. Inspiring awe. No, they were more than that. They were cool. Cool (kool) adj. Slang Excellent. No, camp times at Westview were more than that. They were Wow. Wow (wou) interj. Expressive of wonder, amazement, etc. Yes, that's it. Camp was "Wowcoolawesome".

You won't find that word in the dictionary, but you can experience it yourself at Westview this Summer.

Summer Camp Open House

Join us Sunday, May 4th, 2008 for Summer Camp Open House at Westview on the James.

The Spring Open House is scheduled from 2 to 6 p.m. this is an excellent opportunity to meet the camp staff, paddle a canoe or kayak, take aim at Archery and enjoy good food at the Dining Hall. Members of the Westview Board of Directors will be available to lead tours and answer questions.

Bring a picnic lunch or dinner and enjoy the afternoon at Westview. This is a great opportunity for our local churches to tour their camp and retreat center.
